High Risk Weekend!

There are all sorts of people in this great big world of ours. Some of us like to go with the flow and are pretty laid back. Some people who are very ridged and like things a certain way and don't you dare try and change them. And then there are people who like a little spice in their lives, a dash of adventure, the bigger the better and can this thing go any faster! The later is my little brother. He has always had a sense of adventure and adventure follows him in all shapes and forms. To say the least he doesn't lead a boring life in any aspect of his life!! For example, when he was just two years old he had a push bike that looked like a race car. He saw a kid on a movie drive his down some stairs so he thought he would give it a try. He made it all the way down the stairs hit the second to the last stair and went flying off. Not a broken bone or scratch to his skin. He probably would have tried again if my mom hadn't stopped him! He has always loved cars and trucks anything mechanical or technical, and he like to know how they work. He is the reason we had a "High risk weekend." We went to SLC to have a relaxing weekend just to hang out. We started the weekend signing not one but two waivers stating we would not sue if we lost our lives!! YIKES!
Kyle is learning how to fly helicopters and he thought the kids would like to come see the helicopters he is learning to fly. The boys loved them and they jumped in sat down and said let's go! Kyle was able to get the kids a ride in the helicopter. Isabelle was a little nervous so Danny gladly took her spot. Grant and Will weren't sure at first if they liked it but soon enough they got used to it and Will was singing in his microphone. Danny said it was amazing. They all wanted to go again. I have news for you boys, it's the girls turn next time!!
As I mentioned before, Kyle loves cars and he has been racing his car for quite a while now. We finally were able to go and watch him race his car. This was the second time we signed our lives away! Danny decided he wanted to go for a ride. The kids
were too small and my mom and I are smarter than that!! The first time Danny went he said it scared the living daylights out of him! But, he went back for more and it turned out not to be as scary. The car racing is quite fast paced and you can see the smoke from the rubber burning off their tires. We actually liked it and just wished the weather was a little warmer.
Thanks Kyle for getting us out of our comfort zone and sharing your adventure filled life with us. Here is the proof:
