Yesterday was Grant's preschool graduation! Grant started preschool at 3'9" and grew to 3'10-1/4"! He also weighed in at 46lbs. and gained 4 pounds! To my dismay he also looks older. He did a great job of learning to write his letters and name and when he was tested he knew all of the site words but one! He is ready for Kindergarten!! We are so proud of Grant he did a great job at his program and we can't wait to see what Kindergarten brings him.Isabelle also had her last day of school yesterday. Her school is going under construction so they got out one week earlier than the rest of the school district. She is excited to be out for the summer. She has already asked if we could go have a sleep over at her Nana's house. It is only 9am and she has combed her hair, dressed herself, and has shoes on waiting for me to give her the ok to go to the park! Everyone is ready to go and happy to be home! We are looking forward to a fun summer with some fun activities to do. I think the kids are looking forward to lunch in the park! The school's here have free lunch for kids 18 and younger and they love to go over and get a lunch and find friends to eat with. We are also looking forward to seeing Carter and Emilia come this summer and visit! We haven't met Emilia yet and we can't wait to kiss that baby girl's cheeks off!! We always look forward to Carter coming. I look forward to spending much needed girl time with my sister and the kids love to reconnect with their cousin. We can't wait for Carter to show us where all the bugs live. Maybe my kids won't be so afraid of bugs! Summer is fun and we love having more time to spend with dad, ride the 4-wheelers, s'mores, swimming, camping, and playing until we drop!!

okay so don't make fun of Aurora. You see they don't really call it a graduation because some of the kids are not old enough to go to kindergarten so they call it a party, and we chose to have a fiesta. Now, Carter being a minority led to our benefit when it came time to have the potluck. We had some great food.
I bet you had some great food!!! Looked like he had a great time!
Hooray for Summer! We got out last week too and I don't know what to do with myself or the kiddies. I'm not too sure I'm a summer mom. Does that make me a bad parent?
No, emily that was me being VERY optimistic!
